Dear Sir

In regard to the talk you had with Mr
Collins about the removal of the fence on your lot, I find
that the old material in it will pay for the work of filling
up and sodding the old post holes, cutting over 4 of the old
posts to mark the boundries and cutting the number of
lot on one of them. Please inform me if you conclude
to have the work done.
