In answer to your
note of the 14^th I would say that
the distance 6'-8" is from the
Avenue line to the lot line as
I wrote before. Like this

If the posts do not exceed 12 inches
that being the amount observed
outside the lot, for curb or posts
the 6'-8" w^d be measured from
the cen inside of posts to the
outside of buttresses.
