Dear Sir

In ordering your lot 1265 cared
for you requested that it be put in perfect order. I
have examined the lot and find it needs returfing.

I would advise you to remove the fence cut over
and leave 4 posts at corners, cut the number of lot on one
of them and grade and sod throughout. The cost
will be $35. with the old material of fence.

If the fence is kept it will cost $52 to paint it
and do presodding.
