Dear Sir

M^r Rod^k Richardson
has written me in regard to a foundation
which he stated was wrongly built, and
I replied that it was built as ordered.
He then wrote me that he signed the
order in blank^^{at your office} and that he did
not put on the diagram showing where
the foundation was to be built, &
requested me to setle with you, as
the mistake was between us.

I built the foundation exactly where
they were ordered and if they are wrong
I am ready to move them when I am
paid for it.

It will cost $3.⁰⁰ to move the foundation
and I will have this done whenever you
send me an order to do it at your
Expense.
