Dear Sir

There is one willow tree dead
on your lot and it is too late in the season now to replace
it. A Camperdown Elm might suit there but that you
can decide in the fall.

I do not quite understand what was meant by
a myrtle border. If it is a border between the front
posts to mark out the front line of lot it will cost
$22. If it is to plant the border beds now used
for plants the cost will be $28.
