Dear Sir
Your note received ordering
grass cut on the late Mr C W Cumming's lot
The Trustees have directed me to do no work
on lots where there are unpaid bills.
There is a bill of $3.50 due on this lot
since 1873. If you will see our Treasurer
(16 Pemberton Sqr) and arrange the matter the
work will be gone on with at once.
Also please say if you desire the grass
cut only once or during the season.
Very respectfully
