Mr George A Smith
Waltham

Dear Sir,

The expense to spread one coat
of black paint on your fence in lot #914
will be $7.50; two coats $12.00

I would advise you to remove
the fence. it will pay for cutting over 4
corner posts cutting number^914 on front right
corner one, filling and sodding over interme-
diate post holes and cleaning all stone in
the lot. June 9th I wrote you in re-
gard to this same affair, probably the letter
was miscarried.

Yours Very truly -

Dear Madam

In regard to that myrtle grave
you spoke about in your lot #2850, the
Gardener finds upon examination there
are two myrtle graves which needs
resetting, there will be myrtle enough
to make a good job of it, the
expense will be $3.50 for each grave
or $7.00 for both

Yours very truly.
