Madam

I have looked at your
lot as desired. Before the fence can
be painted it ought to be repaired at
an expense of $12 if not repaired it
is liable to fall to pieces very soon.

It will cost $8 to paint the fence one
coat and $3 ⁵⁰/100 to clean the monum-
-ent and headstones.

I would advise removing the fence.
This can be done, 4 posts cut over for
the corners the number of lot cut on
one of them and all the stone
work cleaned for the old material
of fence.
