find sketch of the addition which
can be made to lot #2886 amounting
to 97 sq feet which I will
sell you at $1.⁰⁰ per square foot the
sale subject to the approval of our Trustees.

In making this addition, I understand
that you consent that the grade remain
as now and that the present corner
posts be cut off and placed level
or nearly so with the surface of the
ground at the new corners of the lot.
