Your note is received
Interments are not permitted
until the lot is paid for so I
could not sell a lot in the way
you propose. We have
however a Receiving Tomb where
on payment of ^$20 a body can
be deposited and may remain
for three months without extra
charge. If the body is removed
inside of one month ^$6 - is returned
if inside of two months ^$3 is returned

You can select a lot and
have 30 days in which to pay
for it and as soon as paid for
the body can be removed
to the lot.
