Dear Sir:-

The fence on your lot is in a rusty and unsightly con-
dition, and it would improve the lot and its surrounding to remove
it. Will you authorise me to do this, recut the four posts at the
corners remove the other posts and sod over the post holes, and cut
the number of the lot without expense except the old material.
