W. W. Vaughn, Esq.,
Boston.

Dear Sir: -

Your note of is received. The work for which
enclosed charge is made was done on the lot of the late Samuel
Batchelder
under an order dated and signed by M. W.
Batchelder
, and a letter dated and signed by Miss
Mary C. Batchelder
for Mrs. Batchelder.

The lot was sold under perpetual care of grass, but this
does not cover the care or repair of seqequent additions. The
myrtle on the childs grave and in the border is not covered by the
perpetual care contract, but as we do not x x nowplant myrtle on graves
except in that way, the charge of $20.00 is made, and when paid
will be added to the repair fund to provide for future repairs to
Mr. Batchelders grave.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.
