#151 Munroe St., Chicago.

Dear Sir: -

In answer to your enquiry I find that to put lot #1592
in order it will need to be graded and soded, and the posts at
the corners should be lowered to make them more sightly. The cost
will be $50.00. There are two stones that need proper foundations
under them the cost of that will be $11.20.

Respectfully yours

Malden.

Dear Madam: -

I am very sorry that you are disapointed at not finding
the shrubs planted. It rained so during the Fall months that the
wood did not property ripen, and I did not think it advisable
to do any planting for the Corporation, and such private orders as
we had were also posponed until Spring. The matter will have early
attention in the Spring.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.
