Dear Sir: -

I find that the cost of regrading and sodding your lot
the grade to remain as now, will be $44.00

An addition of 70 sq. ft., that is a strip about five
ft. wide, could be sold for interment purposes, or for placing a
monument, this is the land in which the flower beds are now cut.
The banks could not be carried out further on account of the ad-
joining lots, but the lot and addition can be regraded at the same
grade as now. The price of this addition will be $107.00 including
the deed. Regrading the lot with addition, and moving the posts to
mark the new bounds will cost $50.00.
