Dear Madam: -

Your note is received. Unless the grave border is
removed before freezing weather the removal of the remains cannot
probably be made without breaking the border. I enclosed the order
needed for the removal which please sign and return to me. Besides
this you will have to get from the Board of Health of the town of
Watertown a permit to disinter and remove the remains.

The charge for removal and box will be $10.00 which is
payable in advance. This charge does not include any work on the
border or monument.

I notice that there is an unpaid bill for work done on
the lot amounting to $10.00, and as the Trustees do not permit me
to do work on lots where there are unpaid bills, this matter must
first be attended to.
