What are the restrictions as to interments?

Mr. J. W. Coverly thinks that lot #2974 has been regularly
transferred to Mrs. Annie M. Coverly, but on our catalogue it stan-
ds in the name of Heirs of Charles H. Coverly. Is this correct?
