Dear Sir:-

The sum needed for the perpetual care of your lot, inclu-
ding the sod and the cleaning but not the renewal of the monument
and without plants or myrtle will be $350.00. For the two myrtle
graves $50.00 will be needed, and if the cleaning but not the re-
newal of the two marble headstones is included $50.00 more will be
required. If you propose to have the usual quantity of plants in
the North border only, an additional sum of $100.00 will be needed,
or if you wish to have the usual number of plants in the North and
East borders, that is the border on Eagle ave. as well as that on
Spruce ave., the additional amount needed will be $200.00. This
provides for the amount of mixed plants that are usually set in
such borders, but of course the planting can be made more elaborate
if you care to go to the expense.
