Dear Sir:-

Your note is received. Some repairs were made to your
lot last season, but just what they were cannot be ascertained at
this time of year. The circular sent you went out in the usual
course; the Trustees think that the interest of all are best ser-
ved by the Corporation having the care of as many lots as possible,
circulars are therefor sent to all proprietors whose addresses are
known.

Dear Madam:-

I find that to properly regrade and sod the Flanders
lot, including its care for the season will cost $48.00.

I notice that there is a bill of $3.00 for work done in
1886 due on this lot.
