Dear Sir:-

Your note of 4th is received. Our practice is to make
removals of remains only on the order of the proprietor of the lot.
In case of a dispute we would probably refuse to recognise any one
except the owner, unless ordered by the courts.

I do not know of any decision of the courts that it
would be safe to make a general statement from.
