Dear Sir:-

Your note of Feb.11th has been forwarded to me by our
Treasurer, for answer. Your lot is in rather poor condition, some
of the graves are sunken and the myrtle has in part died out. To
regrade and sod the lot, clean the stones and replant the myrtle
would cost including care for the season $40.oo. To remove the
myrtle and regrade the lot etc. would cost $30.00. To repair the
myrtle only without resodding would cost $18.00.
