About one
year since, we corresponded
with the Secretary, Mr. Reed,
about selling the lot, &
he informed us, that there
had just been a lot sold
on Indian Ridge Path, at
the rate of two and one half
dollars per square foot.
Our lot is a choice one
from its good (and elevated
location, and the heirs con-
sider that it should command
a price ^equal to other lots in vicinity.
