I do not wish to ap-
pear as a "continual complain-
ant" but on my visit to Mt
Auburn Sunday last I found
the grass in what I do not
consider first class care. And
by this I mean that the grass
is in places very coarse & full
of weeds and the condition
is such generally as not to
have a very pleasing effect.

I am aware of the difficulty
caused by present dryness as
I have my own lawn to take
care of and in my opinion
the difficulty with my lot
is primarily in the poorness
of the turf and nothing but
better turf will improve it.

I presume the flowers
I ordered will be set out this
