My Dear Sir:

Your favor duly
received. One more careful
inspection the sods in the
borders outside the fence
seemed pretty good. What
struck me as worst were the
sods on the lot just behind
the monument.

I am not surprised
the bedding plants are late,
the spring has been extraor-
dinary late!
