Mr Roddy who occupies the
building adjoining our land
on Market St Brighton, called
this AM & said he had
an offer of one half a cent
per foot (on the ground) for
the sods on a proposed st
which has been staked out.
We suppose the offer come
from you, which we shall
accept. Shl^d be pleased to,
hear from you by return mail
as to the correctness of it.
