Mt. Auburn	- present usage
	$25.00 for use of tomb, of which $17 is refunded, if the
	remains are removed in 4 mos to a lot in the Cemetery, and
	no charge for opening the grave & receiving the body from the
	Tomb, whether withing the four months of not.
