published plan of the Cemetery, a revised map is being
prepared and will be issued at an early day.

An additional greenhouse has been erected to enable the
Trustees to provide the plants necessary for the embellishment
of the public grounds, and meet the demands of proprietors
for the care and adornment of their lots.

The bridge at Auburn Lake having become unsafe for travel,
has been replaced by a more permanent structure of iron.

The bank of Indian Ridge, on Fountain Avenue, having
long been in an unsightly condition, a plan for grading and
sodding has been prepared, and work upon a portion of the
same has been ordered to be commenced as early in the
spring as practicable.

Detailed statements of the business of the year, together
with the condition of the funds and property of the Corpora-
tion, will be found in the accompanying reports of the
Superintendent and Treasurer.

The Permanent Fund for the future support and preser-
vation of the Cemetery, has been increased by the deposit
of $9,430.08, and with the accrued income amounts to
$162,394.88.

The amount received from endowments for perpetual care
of lots, to date, is $87,473.80, with a balance of income
unexpended $16,404.11, making the total amount of the
Repair Fund $103,877.91.

The available assets for current expenses are $34,496.52,
exclusive of real estate owned by the Corporation outside of
the Cemetery.
