Jan. 14 Mother and I finished the ironing early in the afternoon. Clint and Amos went to the show at night.

Jan. 15 Catherine had no classes in afternoon so mother, she and I took a walk along the beach. Took several pictures and then went down town to do a few errands. Rode home aas we were tired. Clint and Amos out to skating rink. No prayer meeting on account of flu.

Jan. 16 Catherine home in morning as Prof. [Magers] of the normal faculty had died of the flu. Sewed all afternoon.
