Unable to ascertain the actual year of the marriage ceremony. There appears to be the 4th number in the date missing.
The Cecil clerk has yet again failed to write in the specific year in the 1920s when the marriage took place. It would take verification with other records to determine the year.
Per newspapers.com, license issued to the couple on June 27, 1922. Consistent with date in this record. Going with 1922 as the year. (Also, newspaper wrote July 27 in error in the article.)
