I am of the opinion that the best plan would be for
Mr. Erdahl, between now and the end of the school term for this
year, to liquidate his small bills at Minneapolis which amount to
apoproximately $300 involving tn creditors, and begin paying his
out-of-town creditors next fall. These accounts are all large
and of approximately the same amount. I have arrived at this
conclusion for the reason that I appreciate the fact that his
larger credtors would not want to be bothered with only a couple
dollar payment.

I should appreciate it if you will advise me if you will
give us your fullest cooperation and wait until next fall for pay-
ments on your account. I am satisfied in my own mind that in the
end all the creditors will benefit by the arrangements I have out-
lined.

I have known Mr. Erdahl for some years past and sincerely
believe that he is worthy of your cooperation to the fullest extent,
as he has at no time avoided his obligations, but do to circumstances
over which he has no control, he has been unable to take care of
them.

Yours very truly
Henry Mulder
