I have found his divorce papers which are fascinating and very "juicy"
He is buried at Brompton Cemetery, Kensington and Chelsea. The date of birth on his gravestone is wrong. It says he was born on 28 December 1824, but he was actually born on 28 December 1823.
I found a law report about the case which had some interesting comments about the nature of evidence but only got as juicy as "they heard the bed creak". On a more serious note, Ancestry seems already to have an image of this page and again I am concerned that we are duplicating information that is already available.
