Name of artist unclear
Mac Frères? Found a reference somewhere now can't find it again
There is a bit about Joseph Weiner here https://ashrarebooks.com/2016/10/20/there-will-be-fun/
Also a J Weiner had a printing works at 9 rue bergere. That doesn't help with artist's name.
Mac freres would explain why there is a comma or something in the middle. Will search.
No - cannot find anything. I would haved changed the description to:
