Scrumpy Geoff

Certified at 41863?

sek

I would go for Liverpool too. It is not very clear on the original, but the signature is the same as 41862 which was Liverpool.

National Archives of the United Kingdom

I am not sure it is Liverpool, but the certificate on Ancestry also appears to be Liverpool. so Liverpool it is. Cheers
