This is the padrino. I cant find out what the word is after "italiano".

Hi Omar, the word is 'educacionista' related to a person who is involved in education. Also, please note that the priest's surname is 'Cova' (not Cosca) a variation of Coba. This scribe has a challenging way to write n and u. Thanks for your help.
