Greenbrier 3d March 1790. Dear Sir

I have inclosed some notes due me in your County which I beg you'll be so kind to put into your sheriffs hands to collect such as may not be off your County please to retain and send backe to me. if you stand in need of the like service in this County this year or at any time hereafter I will be Happy in serving you. I have also inclosed a note on Mr. John Stephens son in law to Paxton please have suit brought on it and imploy some Lawyer to get a judgment for me

Your goodness will oblidge.

Your very Humble Servt.

N.B. Pray let not Stephens escape but send execution [????] the [money?] for [me?] [when recovered?]. J.S.
