Dear Mr. Allen
Your letter of March 25th has
been received.
I regret that we do not have any
other source of aid except that which has already
been contributed towards your Rosenwald school. It
is understood when this money is paid that the building
will be completed and furnished. I wish we were
in position to give you further assistance. Naturally,
the colored people look to the county authorities for
a complete school plant in the same way that other
schools do.
