That it was a prudential arrangement
intended to secure to your petitioners , Preston Roan &
his wife, Ella E. her Estate in case of
inprovidence, or misfortune on the part of her
husband, that she was advised, persuaded
and believed, that the said Conveyance gave
the Control and management of her Estate
to her said husband, and herself, and that
she could direct the Trustee, George A Smith
to Convey it, or dispose of it by her last will,
Your petitioner Preston Roan and Ella
E. further show to your Honor, that having
become better advised of the legal effect
and true import of said Conveyance,
Aver, poitively, that they executed said Deed
under mistake and mis-apprehension,

Your petitioners further show that they
would not have executed said Deed, if
they had known that they thereby deprived
themselves of the Control and enjoyment
of her Estate.
