Survivor, and then in Trust for any
child or children- or the
representatives of such child or children - they may
leave, and in case of the failure of
children or child, then in Trust for
such persons or person as your petitioner
Ella.E. may, by her Deed or last will
give said Estate. And that said
Conveyance deprives them of any right to
apply any part of said Estate to the
Education or advancement of any child
or children they may have, or for any
other purpose, regardless of their
necessities. Your petitioners, Preston Roan and
Ella.E. would further show unto your
Honor, that by the terms of said Deed
the Trustee is only responsible for
voluntary [lasses?], and is authorized to resign
his Trust at pleasure.
