not only for your petitioners, Preston Roan
and Ella.E.Roan during the
coverture and for the survivor, but for any
child or children they may leave then
surviving and for whom he is declared
to be Trustee as tenant in common
and in case of failure of children
he is declared to be Trustee for any
person or persons and upon any Trusts
or uses that she may by Deed in her
lifetime make and execute or by any last
will may appoint without limitation
or restriction, which your petitioners
believe creates a perpetuity contrary to the
Spirit and Express terms of the Statute.

All of which will more fully
appear by inference to said
Conveyance, a true Copy of which, is here
unto annexed and proved to be taken
as a part of this Petition

Your petitioners
would, therefore, most earnestly and
respectfully, ask your Honor, to order
that said Deed is Contrary to law and
that the same be canceled. and that
its obligations and restraints be removed
and your petitioners Preston Roan and
Ella E. his wife, be restored to their rights
under the Constitution , and that your
