The Bill of Complt. of Thos: Peterson agt. Juliana
Laker widdow being this day read. and the said Deft.
not appearing to make Answr. thereto, notwithstanding
by a Derectall ordr. of the Last Court for want of her then
appeareance It was ordered that the matters in the Said bill
shou'd be taken per Confesso provided Anwr. was made
there to this Court

Wherefore It is hereby Adjudged Ordered & Decreed
that the Said Juliana Laker doe pay & Satisfy unto the sd.
Thos. Peterson the Sume of Two hundred pounds
being the Damages mentioned to be Susteyned in the sd.
Bill unless Sufficient Cause be Shewn by Answr. to the
sd Bill within Twelve day's next ensueing.

The Bill of Complt. of Robert Keele Complt agt: Anne
Scarbro' widdow of Samll: Wilson & Mary his wife Defts
being this day read the said Defts appeared and pray'd
time till the next Court to put in their Answr. thereto
which being Consided of by this Court

It is Ordered that the said Defts have time till
Monday Seavenight to put in their Answr. to the said
Bill and noe longer.
