I The Subscriber Doe present In humble Mannor this as A True Inventory of the Estate of Capt Bird of this County Late Deceased I beeing his Exceccutrix The Debts of ye Estate beeing Drawne up I forgott to Bring them; which I humbly Crave Leave to the Next Sessions of ye Grand Councell; for presentmt of them and that to this Inventory Creditor they may bee annexed; November 8th 1680 Margaret Bird The pettitionarie [??] Allowed for ye Bringing In of the Debts Robt Holden Secretary

By The Govr [Governor] and Lords Prop.s [Proprietors] Dep:s [Deputies] To all persons a Greeting in our Lord God everlasting Whereas W.m Gaskin makes if Sufficiently appeare that Robert Winsley of this County decd [deceased] making a will; and Wm Gaskin maried the relict & Executrix of ye said Robert Winley dec'd, Appearing before us ye Last County Court held Novemb the 6th 1690 Desired order for Ad= =ministration of all and eny ye sd dec'd Estate, Which was accordingly Granted, Wee doe thereby in observance to the afores.d Order of [..at?] hereby in power the s.d W:m Gaskin to Administer on all and eny The Estate of both reall & personall of the sdRobt. Winleys dec'd and out of the Same to pay [???] all his Just debts soe far forth as the said Estate which shall come to his friends possession or knowledge Appraisd According to law to resurve into the secretarys Office and thereof to bee Accomptable all ^(any) by me, When Legally required hee having given in Security by [ space ] and himselfe for his soe doe =ing Given under our hands & Seales the sixth of November 1690: Tho: Jarvis Tho: Harney Francis Tomes Wm: Wilkinson Benja: [La??er]

Whereas it doth Sufficiently appeare to us that John Sturgeon of this County is Dec'd, And hath made noe will, & his wife being next o kin: that is Francis Sturgeon, & having prayed Letters of Administracon, wee thereby doe inpower the said Francis Sturgeon to Administr: on all and any the Estate of the aforesd John Sturgeon & out of the same to pay all his Just Debts soe farr as the sd Estate will Amount to, and a true Inventory of the sd Estate as shall come to his knowledge into the Secretarys office & thereof to be Accomptable when legally required he having given in Security by and himselfe for the performance hereof Given under our hands & seale of the County the 6th: of Novembr: 1690 Thomas Jarvis Tho: Harvey Wm: Wilkinson Francis Tomes Benja. Whereas it Sufficently apperes to us that John Deare of this County is decd [deceased] and hath made noe will, & George Deare being next a Kin to him and having [inprayed?] Letters of Addministration, Wee therefore Impower the sd George Deare to administer upon all and every the Estate of the aforesd John Deare, and out of the same to pay all Just Debts soe farr as the sd Effects will amount to. and a true Inventory of the said Estate as shall come to his Knowledge or possession appraised According to Law to Returne into the Secretaryes office, and thereof to be Accomptable when legally required hee having Given in Security by [ space] & himselfe for the performance here of Given under our hands & Seales of the County ye 6th day of November 1690 Tho: Jarvis Tho: Harvey Wm: Wilkinson Fran: Tomes Benja: Laker

Whereas Edward Wells of this County is deced [deceased] & having noe will & Ann: Wells his Relict haveing bine before us & Craved Letters of Administratione on ye said Estate These are therefore to Impower ye said Ann Wells for to take upone her the Administratione over ye said Estate & to take into her Costodey & possesione all & Every part & parcelle of ye Said Estate where so Ever to be found in this County & ye same to cause to be Inventoreised & apprassiad, & returne in the Same into ye Office & Generally for to act & doe in ye said office as ye Law requires Given under our Hands & Seales of ye County this 7th day of November 1691 Thomas Jarvis Thomas Harvey Wm Wilkison Fran: Somes Benja. Whereas the Lords and absolute Propr [Proprietors] of Carolina have granted by A Deed under their hands and Great Seale of the Province bareing Date ye first day of May 1668 that ye Inhabitants of Albemarle should hold their Lands of them on ye Pearmits & Conditions yt [that] Lands were then held in Virginia: This is to give Notice that all persons who proves their rights may hand Warrts [Warrents]out of the Secretaries office to the Surveyor and Pattents granted inpersuance of ye said deeds to be taken out at ye next meeting of the Assembly and So from Time to Time as they shall have ye lands Sur veyed: Given under my hand & Seale the 28th day of November 1693 Phill: Ludwell
