1. In accordance with the provisions of Par. 195-1/4 A.R. 1913
and Par. 11, G. O. 81, W. D. cs regarding payment of troops, 2nd Lt. Fred
W. Benner Machine Gun Company 103rd U. S. Infantry will assume the duties
of Agent Officer.

(a) The Agent Officer is authorised to have such clerks as
are necessary to compute the pay-rolls.

(b) Companies will on completion of pay-roll, forward them
to Regimental Headquarters for transmittal to the Agent Officer.

2. In compliance with verbal orders of Judge Advente General
26th Division the office of battalion Summary Court Officer is abolished.

(a) 2nd Lt. Robert B. House is hereby appointed Regimental
Summary Court Officer.

(b) The Company Commanders will forward Summary Court Charges
promptley to Regimental Headquarters to be submitted to Summary Court
Officer.
