Dearest Mother,

Just a few words tonight to let you know we
are leaving tomorrow at 1:30 in the afternoon.
We are going by train to Le Harve. I know
tomorrow will be a busy day and I don't guess
I'll have time to write.

Received seven letters day before yesterday. The
first mail in a long time. Three from you, one
from Mama, one from Jessie, one from Margaret
Connelly and one from Beverley.

One of your letters told me of Tommie's pass-
ing away. Your letter was so sweet and made
it much easier to take. I'll certainly miss seeing
him when I get home. Give my love and sympathy
to Goldie and Jim.

Mailed two more packages today. Both contained
Books I wanted to keep. Guess I'll get home be-
fore they do.

Give my love and best wishes to all.
Hope to see you soon.

Love ya'

Bobby
