Your letter of the 19th Sat will of Inst will receive due Consideration. The many [illegible] calls upon our attention of the commencement of our operations must be our apology for not answering your letter before! - We would feel gratified of your reporting any special cases for [illegible]tion [illegible] would be pleased to send your part to be a member. The Annual dues are $10.
