he had had an interview with Mr John C. Develin, regarding the St Vincents Hospital, and the verbal request of the late Mr. Bonard to Mr Bergh that something should be given the Hospital out of his wealth. As a result of that Interview, Mr Gerry moved the following resolution, which was seconded and carried.

"Whereas [underlined] the late Louis Bonard, during his last illness in St Vincents Hospital did request that some suitable pecuniary donation should be given, after his disease to that Institution, in acknowledgment of the kindness, which had been extended to him

And [underlined] Whereas [underlined] this Society, is desirous of complying with the wishes of its deceased benefactor; therefore

Resolved [underlined] that the sum of Two thousand five hundred dollars be donated to the St Vincents Hosptial in aid of the Institution."

Upon motion the meeting adjourned
