President Haines reported that in accordance with the resolution passed at the meeting of the Executive Committee held October 21st, he had again called the attention of Counsel to the matter of the stipulations with Mr. Adrian Iselin and the Jerome Estate in regard to the return cornice on the New Headquarters.

Counsel stated that he had been under the impression that Mr. David Thomson, executor for the Jerome Estate, would prepare the necessary papers and submit the same to him.
