I will write for one copy of the bill (Shafroth's) but I would like to have two or three copies of the Shafroth Bill. I should think the bill had better give power to or force the law where there is no humane society or no adequate society.

I wish the matter of Cattle Transportation, bull fights etc., might be made national. While you are in Washington can you not do something in regard to the Bull Fight bill which Mr. Brown prepared.
