Please sign the enclosed complaint
where I have marked before a Notary.

The amount of costs in the judgment roll
is #17.31. Please send me check for same at
your convenience. As to my fee for making the
settlement you can send me checks as fast
as the money is paid as follows: 10% of the
first $500 paid and 5% of the balance. If
I should have to take any further steps as
the several amounts come due of course
I should ask that my percentage be in
creased.
