The late Mansion house of Susanna Macy Widow of Edmund was lately sold to Henry Coffin for $2800 -- where he intends to erect a new house, in the course of next year.

The Old Orthodox Meeting home & land was sold some months past to Charles G. Coffin for $3700

16.12 The price of crude Sperm Oil has fallen in price to 85 Cents. -- Flour from 6.50 to $7. -- Corn 78. to 84. -- Wood $7. -- The best of Apples $1. -- Cider 2.50. --Provision of all kinds very plenty.

It is contemplated to build a Brick house next adjoining the William Macy house, for a Library house

Josiah Gorham some time past bought the William Macy house & has fixed for retail stores & a Printing Office
