Westerly to a road then by said road Southerly to a Stake with Stones about it then Easterly to a White Oak Stump by the fence thence to the highway to Eastchester & thence by the said highway to the Stake where it began Also a piece of Salt Meadow being three acres more or less on Frogs [Throgs] Neck the which Land and Salt Meadow he purchased of Jacob Hunt Also two acres & one hundred & twenty eight square rods of Land which he purchased of Thomas Baxter bounded as follows beginning at a Chestnut Stake or where Such stake did formerly Stand with stones about it Joining to Brunxes Way-path & the Sheep pasture [line] it runs thence Easterly Across Stoney Brook by the Sheep-Pasture to a Stake with stones round it by the Abovesaid High-way to Eastchester thence Northerly by said highway to the Above Mentioned & granted piece of Land thence by said Land across Stoney brook aforesaid to the abovesaid Way-path & thence Southerly by said Way path to where it began the which Lands & Meadow are Scituate in Said Westchester Together with all & Singular the buildings fruit trees fences timber wood and or woods & appurtenances Whatsoever to the said Lands & Meadow belonging or in anywise appertaining & the reversion & reversions remainder & remainders rents Issues & profits thereof And also all the Estate possession & Interest of him the said Henry Swansey of in or to the Same or any part or parcel thereof To have & to hold all the Lands Salt-Meadow & premises with their appurtenances hereby granted & Sold unto the said Ebonezer Haviland his heirs & Assignes to the Only use & behoof of him the Ebonezer Haviland his heirs & assignes for Ever and the said Henry Swansey & his heirs the Lands Meadow & premises with their Appurtenances hereby granted & sold unto the Said Ebonezer Haviland his heirs & assignes to & for his & their only proper use & behoof Against him the said Henry Swansey his heirs & Assignes & against all & every other person or persons Lawfully claiming or to claim the Same or any part thereof Shall & will [warrant?] & for Ever Defend by these presents & the said Henry Swansey for himself his heirs Executors & Adm. doth Covenant & agree to & with the Said Ebonezer Haviland his heirs & assignes by these presents That he the Said Ebonezer Haviland his heirs & assignes Shall or May
