Symon Hansz, taking the stand, exhibits
judgement of the 7th of February and thereupon authorization
of execution on the 4th of April, 1679, against
Jan Barentsz: whereupon the Constable
made an arrest upon the grain grown
on the land of the lessor Symon Hansz.
Whereupon Constable and Overseers recognize
the arrest as valid and order Barentsz
to make good the same within 3 weeks;
otherwise the suppliant shall have right
to proceed against him for the same.
